Return and Refund Policy

However, please note that personalized or custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the case of manufacturing defects or errors on our part. 1.2 All custom orders will undergo a final approval process by email to ensure design accuracy before production begins.
2. Exceptions: 2.1 Exceptions to our non-returnable policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis, at our discretion. Please contact our customer support team within [10] days of receiving your order if you have any concerns or issues. 2.2 For non-customized items, standard return and refund policies apply as outlined below.
3. Damages Due to Shipping/Handling: 3.1 We take utmost care in packaging and shipping your orders to ensure their safe delivery. However, we are not responsible for damages incurred during shipping or handling. 3.2 If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.
